Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Return Process Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications, clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned.
