Shipping policy
We ship all orders via DHL to Germany and across the European Union.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 4–10 business days (depending on destination country)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your DHL tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
